When an emotion is embodied, it becomes food; the animal is hungry. Nobility is a warrior with a stone shield; the heart is fire and water from which the earth is born. You can be taught to say thank you or experience gratitude, but if you are hungry and are given food, words are superfluous, for you are tasting virtue.
"Set boundaries without limiting" When emotion and mind work in harmony, you cease to be a number; fluidity is born, and we stop stagnating. The mental process is the guiding thread, and emotion is what gives life its color.
