El Mortero is created by Mallorcan Artist Biel Miralles. The mortar is built with the union of two materials, the bowl that makes up the base is made of “Gris Mallorca” Mallorcan marble, and the exterior is made with a mixture of pigmented resins and a gloss finish. The mace is made with the same process. Each mortar is sculpted by hand giving it a unique and unrepeatable character. At trobar we use it to serve our Mole & Chips.
